!!!!!PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION!!!!!
This Blog is all about Led Zeppelin and sharing every known concert recording (bootleg) spanning their career 1968 - 1980. My goal is
to help others in finding these historic shows! Any Led Zeppelin concert you want RIGHT HERE!!! These shows are a time machine into the past that allow us people of today to enjoy the Led Zeppelin experience in true, raw form, straight from the tapers! I believe everyone should be able to enjoy these shows! And I really appreciate all of the Tapers who made these shows available!!! I may not have every single bootleg available, but there is at least one for every date known to have been recorded.
On the right side of the blog is the Concert Date Archive containing every concert date performed by Zep in yearly order, when you click on any date it takes you to the bootleg for that show. Below that is the Post Archive, Special Thanks and links to other popular bootleg sites. On the left side of the blog is a Video Archive section containing everything there is of live footage of Zep (DVD's, 8MM and Fan Footage) And below that is the Lossless section.
Every concert I post will contain a link to download the concert. I use Mega to upload and make available for download. You do not have to install the Mega App to download shows, but I highly recommend it. Especially when downloading the bigger files. It does make things easier. But you can just use your browser. Also, some browsers like Internet Explorer will not let you download. Firefox and Google Chrome work well. I assure you that all of the links here will be working as long as I'm alive!
If you have any problems at all, just leave a comment and I will help you ASAP. I hope you enjoy! LONG LIVE LED ZEPPELIN!!!

As the tape begins, someone near the taper can be heard saying "they're gonna cut out a lot of the old songs." Plant's voice starts out a bit rough, but it doesn't hurt his enthusiasm. Page shreds through an aggressive guitar solo during Over the Hills and Far Away. Plant asks the crowd if they've heard any of the new songs on the radio before an explosive In My Time of Dying. There are a few brief tape disturbances during The Song Remains the Same. Before Kashmir, Plant tells the crowd "this features the magical mystical fingers of John Paul Jones," joking "it coulda been Liberace." There is a brief cut at the very beginning of the song.

No Quarter features another excellent, dynamic guitar solo from Page. Unfortunately, there are some tape issues near the end of the instrumental section. Trampled Underfoot  is a bit disjointed at times. Before Moby Dick, Plant announces "ladies and gentlemen... direct from Monty Python's Flying Circus... our percussionist... not Karen Carpenter, but John Bonham!" When asked what he thinks of the show so far, one of the taper's friends comments "it's good... it's a little long," to which the taper responds "couldn't be long enough, man."

The crowd erupts as Plant announces the band's intention to "take things right bak to the beginning" prior to Dazed and Confused. Plant's ethereal howls echo through the arena during the haunting San Francisco interlude. There is a slight cut during the string-slapping section of the bow solo. Page's fingers race across the fretboard at lightning speed during the frantic guitar solo/workout section. The ever-expanding outro is an epic drama. Black Dog is devastatingly heavy. There is a slight cut during the final verse. The crowd goes wild as the band returns to the stage to close the show with Heartbreaker. The guitar solo section is a frenzied explosion of energy. Unfortunately, the tape speeds up during the final verse.

Newspaper report: Led Zeppelin - A Heavier Than Air Craft For Sure

When Led Zeppelin descended on Washington, 18,700 concert tickets were snapped up in three hours. Some people who could not get tickets vented their disappointment just as, perhaps, disappointed Viennese did when they could not get into a Mozart recital. They threw bottles at the police. The tempestuous behavior by disappointed ticket seekers called to mind the sporadic violence in gas station lines last whiter during the oil embargo, the other recent shortage of a life-sustaining commodity.

Rock music is to the youth culture what gasoline is to the more adult culture: it is that without which life lacks tang. (Courier, Feb 19, 1975)

Newspaper report:  Led Zeppelin fans start riot

LANDOVER, MD - Several hundred youths trying to crash a sold-out Led Zeppelin concert last night began throwing rocks and hollies at police. Fifteen persons were arrested.

Sgt. Robert Law of the Prince Georges County police said about 70 officers called to the scene were showered with debris. We have several police cars damaged and windshields broken." Sgt. Law said last night. "The tires on a police cruiser were slashed and windows were broken." No injuries were reported.

The concert went on as scheduled inside the Capital Centre. The 18,700 tickets for the show by the British rock group were sold within hours, the fastest sellout in the history of the new arena in suburban Washington D.C.

Sgt. Law said the disturbance was started with "disorderlies trying to crash the gates." (Feb. 1975)
